Sheet Metal Workers’ Local Union 104

Sheet Metal Workers’ Local 104 has shaped much of California for over a century as one of the larger unions in the state — crafting skylines, infrastructure, and innovations that keep industries moving. From architectural metalwork to cutting-edge HVAC systems, their union-trained workforce delivers precision, skill, and reliability. The union is rooted in craftsmanship and driven by progress. I worked with SMW Local 104 to create merchandise that built up membership identity, publications that proudly display and explain technical work, and print design that promotes union skills and services.
